Principal - Martin Unger
Martin T Unger has been providing PART™ and workplace aggression management training for 20 years in a variety of areas including the welfare, health, disabilities, aged care, mental health, justice and corrections, and security industries.
Martin has worked with NSW Department of Community Services and NSW Department of Juvenile Justice as a youth worker in remand, minimum and maximum security detention centres. He was responsible for the design and implementation of training and development programs for staff and clients.
Martin established NSW's first community-based detention program for young offenders with the aim of facilitating crime prevention and reintegration into the community.
Martin has studied overseas on a 12-month scholarship to Europe and USA to study young offender programs, justice processes, community living skills programs, management of violent and aggressive behaviour and security procedures. On returning to Australia, Martin held managerial positions with NSW Department of Juvenile Justice residential and detention centres.
In 1994 Martin established MTU Training Concepts.
Martin has lectured at the College of Applied Psychology, TAFE, University of Western Sydney and Institute of Psychiatry.

Sandra has been associated with PART™ for ten years and providing the training since 2001.
Sandra has over 20 years experience working in the welfare sector , beginning in community services as a child protection caseworker and corrections officer. She then went onto positions in training and conducted training for child protection case-workers, youth workers and managers. She has extensive experience in the design, development, presentation, implementation, evaluation and review of training.
Sandra has over 15 years experience in the area of human resource development and organisational development. As a Human Resources Manager she was responsible for the management and provision of a broad range of Human Resource functions including. Recruitment and Selection, OHS&R and Workers Compensation, EEO, Disciplinary and Conduct matters, Grievances, Personnel Administration, Training and Development, Performance Planning and Review, Industrial Relations, and Change Management strategies.

Scott has developed and delivered a diverse range of programs for both government and non government educational institutions and organisations, specialising in organisational behaviour and curriculum design, development and assessment.

Since 2002, Scott has been managing his own consultancy which specialises in behaviour management, behaviour support and organisational and team behaviour.
In 2003 Scott teamed up with Professional Group Facilitators and MTU Training Concepts Pty. Ltd. to deliver the PART™ program in Predict, Asses & Respond To Aggressive/Challenging Behavior throughout Australia.

Allan Parrott has worked in residential services since 1978. Allan's background includes working in large juvenile justice centres, small residential facilities and recently, working with clients with disabilities.
His extensive background in programming includes the development of program models suitable for clients within residential and community settings.
Allan has also had extensive experience in the training of youth workers and other human service professionals, teaching part time at both the University of Western Sydney (Milperra) and Illawarra TAFE ( Shellharbour). Allan's particular interest is the development of practical skills for on line residential workers.
